1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining Swarang Wellness 24 Private Limited as an associate or customer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join or purchase.

2. Eligibility

To become an associate of Swarang Wellness 24 Pvt Ltd, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a citizen or legal resident of India
• Provide valid identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN card)
• Have a valid bank account for commission disbursements
• Not be currently associated with a competing direct selling company

3. Joining and Registration

Associates join by purchasing one of the available joining packages. Joining is voluntary. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Your associate ID will be activated only after successful payment verification.

4. Code of Conduct

All associates must:

• Represent the company and its products honestly and accurately
• Not make false income claims or unrealistic promises to prospective members
• Not engage in pyramid or Ponzi scheme activities
• Comply with all SEBI, MCA, and Ministry of Consumer Affairs guidelines for direct selling
• Treat fellow associates, customers, and company staff with respect
• Not recruit or sponsor individuals using coercive or misleading tactics

5. Income and Bonuses

Income opportunities described in our business plan are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend entirely on individual effort, time investment, and team performance. The company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with 30 days' advance notice to associates.

6. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate an associate's membership for violation of this code of conduct, non-compliance with company policies, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misrepresentation of products or income opportunities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

1. Product Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be submitted with proof of purchase
• Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Product quality does not match the description provided
• Product packaging was tampered with upon receipt

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Products returned after the 7-day window
• Joining fees or administrative charges
• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
• Sanitary napkins that have been opened for hygiene reasons

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to company error

6. Business Joining Package

Joining packages include physical products and an associate registration. The product component is subject to the return policy above. The joining/registration fee component is generally non-refundable once an associate ID has been activated and products have been dispatched.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve all our associates pan-India.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Pune & Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
• Nearby States (Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, etc.): 4–6 business days
• Rest of India: 5–10 business days
• Remote/Hill Stations: 10–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner availability and unforeseen circumstances such as festivals or weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. In many cases, shipping is included within the package cost. Contact your upline or the company directly to confirm shipping costs for your specific location.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment verification. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched. In case of any delay beyond the estimated time, contact us immediately.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit issues, please take photographs immediately upon opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Our business is product-first. Associates earn retail profit by selling products, and additional bonuses are earned on team performance and product sales — not merely on recruitment.

5. Tax Responsibility

All income earned through Swarang Wellness 24 Pvt Ltd is subject to applicable Indian taxation laws. Associates are responsible for declaring their income and paying taxes as required by law. The company issues income statements and TDS certificates as required.
